How do I place my order?
To place your order, follow these steps:
- Browse through our wide catalog of products until you find something you like, choose the relevant product click on the ‘Add to Cart’ button (you are eligible to add multiple products on your cart).
- In ‘My cart’, you can either choose to continue shopping or confirm the order
- To shop with us, you can either log into your dupattabazaar account,create a ‘New User’ or check out as guest.
- Once the cart is all set, proceed to checkout, submit your shipping address, select the desired payment process and confirm your order.
How will I receive my order?
We will ship your product to your mentioned shipping address. We have tie-ups with reputed courier companies, so your orders will be delivered to your doorstep. All orders will be delivered in fully sealed packages to protect your goods and ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.
How will I get confirmation that my order is placed successfully?
We'll send an email with your order information to confirm and another email when your order is shipped out. However, the order will be accepted and sent to you once your credit card/debit card and address details have been approved and verified. Sit back, relax, and wait for your awesome products to arrive.
Is online payment safe?
All Credit Card, Debit Card and Net Banking transactions are processed over a secure encrypted connection.
What should I do if my payment fails?
In case of a payment failure, please retry ensuring:
A ) Information passed on to payment gateway is accurate i.e. account details, billing address, password (for net banking) and that your Internet connection is not disrupted in the process

How much are the delivery/shipping charges?
Dupatta Bazaar provides FREE SHIPPING THROUGH-OUT INDIA on all items.Products with above average weight will have extra shipping charges which will be mentioned on product page, if applicable. What is the shipping & delivery timeline?
Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between Monday through Saturday: 9am to 7pm. Working days exclude public holidays and Sundays. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. Usual delivery time is between 3-7 Days depending upon which city you are at. It gets delivered faster in Metros. We dispatch the parcel from our warehouse after confirmation within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Can I get the parcel delivered on a specific day/date?
We do not offer specific time deliveries. But you can always place an order and let us know the day you want it to be delivered we can work out some way to get it delivered around that time. There is always a way out :)
What is minimum order value?
There is no minimum order value.
How will the delivery be done?
We process all deliveries through reputed and established courier companies across the country.
What about warranty and hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc.)?
There are no extra taxes, hidden costs or additional shipping charges. The price mentioned on the website is the final price. What you see is what you pay. Our prices are all inclusive. All taxes are included with the list prices.
Does Dupatta Bazaar deliver internationally?
Yes. Dupatta Bazaar does deliver items internationally.
What is the 5 Days Replacement Policy? How do I get a defective item, ordered on Dupatta Bazaar, replaced?
All products sold at Dupatta Bazaar are covered under our 5 Days Replacement Policy. Notify us of any problems, damages or defects within 5 days from the date of delivery then send us back the original product you received and we will issue a brand new replacement to you at no extra cost, if available.
In order to get a defective item replaced:
