• Items must be unused, with original packaging & tags intact

Refunds

• Processed after product is received and approved
• Credited within 6–8 days to the original payment method
• COD Orders: Refunded via NEFT/UPI

Cancellations

• Allowed within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund
• Refund processed within 2 business days

Exchanges

• Return the product first, then place a new order
• Refund issued after approval of the returned item

Important Notes

• No returns for international orders
• Report incorrect items within 72 hours of delivery
• Slight color/size variations may occur due to screen and measurement differences
